Recent assignments include the listing and sale of numerous luxury homes and multi-unit condominium/ TIC projects as well as representation of 45 buyers in 2008-2009. Principals Travis Pacoe and Ron Abta have a combined 25 years of real estate brokerage and investment experience and have completed approximately $500 million in transactions, including in excess of $70MM in sales involving 66 transactions in 2009.
